Sand and re-seal kitchen islands bench tops x 2. Approximate dimensions of each 126 x 77cm. Tops will be removed so work can be done outside.

Small patch of paint that peeled off the wall needs to be repainted. The patch is roughly the size of a golf ball.

Repair hole in wall - patch and paint. Is around 5-6cm by 4cm. The paint is dulux hog bristle - I have an old pot opened and used a couple of years ago, unsure if still usable!

I will provide prep & interior paint. Must bring drop sheets as it is a furniture showroom and the products need to be covered. Mirrors will be removed from walls beforehand. There is onsite parking. As it is a showroom, work can only start from 3pm and you can work into the evening.

A concrete ledge 3.5 metres above the ground needs patching and repair work. Total length is 21 metres x .5 metres wide by 150 mm thick. Also some parts of the walls need fixing too. Before I paint.
