Flatmate placed burning candle next to wall. Hence, black smoke marks on wall and part of ceiling gone dark. Wall needs painting 3 x 3m. Color: Antique White. Ceiling approx 1.5x 1.5m. Color: Ceiling white. There are also 10x stubborn double-sided tapes residue that needs to be remove prior to painting. As well, some stubborn stickers on door needs to be remove.

The pain shipped when I removed a poster which had blue tack… the poster was on a pillar so I don’t think we need to pain the whole wall, just te pillar. It would probable need a bit of sanding and then repaint with the same current white color. - Due date: Flexible

Paint two bedroom unit. This involves painting the entire unit which includes: a small internal laundry, bathroom, kitchen, entrance door and frame, all internal doors (wooden), door frames (metal), all walls and all ceilings, 2 bedrooms one of which has a built in robe - the walls in the robe will also need to be painted. A small area in kitchen cupboard approx 50cm x 35cm, which has been damaged on the underside (has some smoke marks), the side of the built in robe in main bedroom and edge of shelving in bedroom cupboard where laminate edging has come off. Bathroom door needs to be glued and clamped before painting prep. Bathroom wallpaper needs to be removed, then prepped prior to painting. There is no furniture in the unit and floors will be removed after painting is complete. Entire job will be white which should speed things up. Small cupboard outside bathroom also needs to be painted including the door and frame. I don’t have photos as I am outside the LGA of Westmead but can arrange access for you. Flexible with date but available to start painting from Tuesday 31st Sept. - I will need a tax invoice upon completion of the job and before I pay you so please prepare in advance

We require a painter for our 2 bedroom apartment which is empty in Redfern. The colour of the walls are currently white and we will probably just repaint to a more natural white. We require the skirting boards as well to be done however, the ceilings are fine and don't require painting. I am attaching a floor plan of the apartment so as you can quote on the job. There are 2 sets of full length glass doors in the lounge room and the two bedrooms along with mirror wardrobes. The quote should be based on the black lines in the floor plan. You must live within the LGA of Redfern and that you are not coming from a Red Zone due to Covid. There will be access made available for parking downstairs.
