They are 'yellowing'. Do they need sanding first?, maybe I shouldn't touch them? Etc.... I have many rooms. Would like house a bit brighter though. Thank you

I'm painting my bedroom with a friend on Sunday. Because of that, I'm looking for someone to fill any holes, caulk cracks, smooth out any protrusions and get the walls flaw-free for painting. I can provide the caulking gun and no more gaps, as well as some fine hole filler and a scraper. The bedroom has 8 walls (basically 4 walls but with an ensuite and built-in robe that give an additional 2 tiny walls each, see photos). If you think it would take more than 2 hours, just get what you can done in that time and I'll try and finish the rest. There will be someone home all day on Monday/Tuesday and Saturday, as well as someone who's home in the late arvo on Wednesday and Thursday.
