The trim is all new and will need to be filled due to nail holes and gaps, the skirting and trim in the hall will need caulking as well. Understand it might be a two visit job with drying times but be great to prime at least today or at least this week. I think the electrician is coming tomorrow. Later on would like a quote for outside deck area where they have replaced weatherboards from swapping external window and removing old laundry windows but that’s not part of this job.
