Provide labour and tools for painting one small bathroom. The painting is for the bathroom non-tiled wall surfaces and the Ceiling. No need to provide paint, primer, sealer, fillers as I will supply these materials. Work includes: -preparation* for all surfaces to be painted including peeling and cracking paint; -undercoat, primer and sealer; -painting with 2 top coats of premium bathroom paint. *Preparation before painting includes at least the following work: #use filler and sanding to make the surface smooth -wiping and brushing down areas to remove dust -stripping loose paint before applying new coats -areas of peeling and blistering must be fully removed by scraping and then sanding -areas that are cracking should be filled with filler and sanded before painting. -fill any holes and cracks with high quality filler #cleaning - brush clean any surfaces clearing away dirt and cobwebs -wash walls to remove grease and dirt and mould #undercoats and priming and sealing -required mould resistant as mould is a problem -seal porous surfaces and unpainted powdery surfaces such as bare plaster. - Due date: Before Monday, 28 March 2022
