5 bedrooms, dining and kitchen all have 70's style textured paint ceilings. Would like quote to have it removed, replaced, new cornice and separate quote to have painted. - Due date: Flexible

Handiperson required Patching one gyprock small hole 5cm 20cm discoloured area due to roof water leak from recent massive rain, apply precision stain and mold blocker, and repaint just that area to meld into rest of ceiling in white, second spot no hole just discolouration which needs light sand back apply mould inhibitor and repaint general area to meld with rest of ceiling. Lastly hop on to the roof and check both areas for a crack tile and fill with clear roof sealant. House being prepared for sale on Thursday afternoon advertising so needed in short order. Will supply materials as require. Premises currently empty so as early or late as you need to compute the task. Can be done Thursday morning as well.

Need one ceiling painted white.

Clean and paint my media room wall. Currently the paint is a matt black. I want it painted in a low-sheen black. The wall is 4m long x 2.3m high. TV and wallhung unit will be removed prior to the job. Paint will be supplied. You are to wash the wall and clear the grimy marks off first, supply your own tools and cleaning products, and use a perfect straight edge to paint as the adjoining walls are in white.

We’ve recently plastered some wall trims and pulled back a few cabinets, so we just need to touch up the paint to give everything a fresh look before the 2nd of January. Hopefully, we can get this sorted quickly!

No filling is needed, A quick spray with the high pressure hose before paining, and will need two coats.
