Find trusted local painters in Ivanhoe North

We require someone to help us with fixing some cracks in the walls and painting few places inside and outside the house.

I have a few spots (4-5 with each spot quite small) on my walls that need painting. I need the colour to be matching the existing wall so prefer someone who has their own paints that they can mix as required. The walls may need to be sanded down slightly before.

1 bedroom, 58m square, fully vacant apartment needs painting. No damage to walls, just some scuff marks here and there from tenants. Preferably no undercoat, 1-2 top coats. Not doing ceiling, floor, or outdoor - just interior walls. Not looking for a breathtaking job, just good enough to cover scuff marks etc!

I need an outside garden brick wall to be primed for painting. It needs a bit of work.

We are moving out of a rental property and need lots of small marks on/in the walls repaired. Nothing major but lots of them across different rooms. We have some paint from the landlord which will hopefully match but if not will need a trip to the local Bunnings for a paint match sample (additional cost). 0830-1.30pm although might be done much quicker, not sure. A bedroom measuring 275 x 370 cm. One wall has a two paned window and the other has a double mirrored door wardrobe. Sloping ceiling partly wood and partly plaster. I have the paint - 4 lts of Taubmans. You will need a latter to reach the ceiling and cut the edges.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint the interior of house in prep for sale. Work will require removing timber above windows for curtain rod and patching up, patching up damage in spare bedroom wall, internal cracks, cornices and skirting boards. Work will also require finishing wardrobes in a semi-gloss finish (3 bedrooms) and in kitchen. work also requires to repair and repaint window frames which have rusted. Job also includes repainting metal baulstrades which have chipped paint and rust. These are found above the garage, along two sets of stairs to the main property. Also will be posting an additional job for sanding and polishing floorboards and painting bathroom tiles (floor, wall and shower), bathtub and kitchen splashback tiles.
