The ceiling in our bathroom has stains on it. There seem to be no significant plumbing issues that have been reported. Per the attached picture, there are a few water stains / spots on the ceiling. The damage doesn’t look too bad as it’s quite subtle, but the spots are there. And over the past couple months, it’s gotten worse. Not sure if it needs to be painted or something else.

I need the walls of my rental painted before I move out. The owner is making me paint it so I have to get it done asap I used command strips to prevent this happening but the paint chipped off when talking off all my frames

I have a wall, approx 3 x 2m that has plaster that has cracked and fallen off and as such need to have it replastered. Wall is back to bare brick. Plaster will need to be a lime mix as it’s an old house and subject to movement/cracking. No painting required. On a budget so if there’s a significant price difference between doing base and top or just base, I really just need the base layer done so it’s level, I’m able to do top coat.
