I need to paint the bathroom ceiling and kitchen bench as in the photos

It is a 3 bedroom apartment of 88m2. A fresh coat of paint needs to be done almost everywhere and the wooden flooring needs to be sanded and varnished. No wooden floors in the kitchen so the kitchen will only need a repainting. It can be done at intervals but everything needs to be done within 30 days or so. It needs to be professionally done like covering stuff and cleaning walls etc… The 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet is bare minimum work as it needs to be repainted only to make it fresh compared to the kitchen. However, there are wooden flooring in the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. The bathroom and toilet has tiles, similar with the kitchen which does not need anything to be done. Of course we will help move the furniture where required. Best quote wins the job- no equipment provided.

Patching some holes in wall from where an AC unit was and painting. Please note that the paint is a very light blue colour

Minor wall patching in a two bedroom apartment

I have two bedrooms and a living room. There are some scratches and marks in the walls which need to be fixed and maybe also need painting in some places. I have uploaded some photos to show the scratches, but the marks don’t appear on the photos. So, it would be better to come and see them yourself. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, August 15, 2023

Update- We have three bedrooms. We want to paint the walls. The skirting boards. The doors jams. Will not need to paint ceilings or cornice. We will supply paint. We have some paint brushes and rollers etc but preferable if you can bring your own tools. Happy to pay rate of $250 per day cash in hand
