There is a hole (about A4 sized) in the ceiling of my granny flat where power was fed to the wardrobe. The cords will be removed and electricity turned off prior to commencement. I do not need the ceiling painted, just patched and sanded. I have put a budget of $5 but, of course, I expect it to cost a bit more!

Paint 3 bedrooms walls in Dulux Natural white matt. Ceilings - ceiling white matte Skirts and doors - natural white semi gloss. Painter to supply rollers and brushes as required. Doors and skirts are painted poorly and chipping off easily. Doors and skirts will require sanding and or priming. And paint 2 x bathroom ceilings only - with ceiling white. A wall in the house had the paint lift and was patched using a kit, but needs someone to properly sand it down and repaint. The patch is roughly 20cm squared. YOULL NEED YOUR OWN PAINT AND MATERIALS. The wall is plain white. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 6 September 2022
