Our kitchen sink is blocked and needs to be repaired.

From the attached photo, it appears there is water leakage around the sink drain connection (possibly the seal or gasket area). There are visible signs of moisture and buildup around the joint, so it may need resealing or part replacement.

Kitchen sink clogged not draining

Moved in to new house and found out that wall next to kitchen sink is damaged with moisture. Building inspector did not mention any water damage to that area. My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. Our sink caulking has been slowly deteriorating and it's finally starting to come out. Need someone who knows what product to use and how to do it as now it's leaking. Stainless steel sink and stone countertop. A plumber came in and tried to do it but whatever product he used wouldn't stick.

Kitchen sink replacement to mixer tap. If new sink required , no problem

Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.
