My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. Use drainage clogged chemicals will help for a week or so and starts clogging again. I need someone to inspect the sink and clear the blockage as soon as possible. Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head.
