Kitchen sink replacement to mixer tap. If new sink required , no problem

Hello, I need to replace my old kitchen sink tap with new one.

Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.

Replace kitchen sink tap. I tried myself but the hot water valve doesn’t turn off under the sink. Guess that is broken too and needs replacing. I will be purchasing the tap from Bunnings. When is the earliest you can fix?

My current shower head is the one that fixed to the wall and I need to upgrade to one that has shower head and hand held shower head set. Also looking at changing kitchen sink mixer with pull-out kitchen sink mixer. It's a swanneck sink mixture and it leaks from the base of swanneck.

Tenant has had the sink tap come loose. Unsure how to reseat on the sink, as it’s not screwed in. Need a solution for the tap.

My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. I need someone to inspect the sink and clear the blockage as soon as possible. The house is relatively new (around 5 years old), so the plumbing should be in good condition. Our kitchen undermount sink has fallen down! Pipes still intact, just propping it up with what's in our kitchen cupboard for now until someone can re-attach it for us.
