I am working on a matter where the police arrested someone and deleted a video from their phone. We were able to recover the deleted photo from their deleted items. This person had an iPhone linked to iCloud. We need someone who can prove when (timestamp) the video was deleted and attest to that in court. We’ve tried examining the SQLite database extracted from the phone along with looking at the iCloud activity history (from privacy.apple.com) but no luck. Ideally before bidding on this job please test if you’re able to do this and legally testify in court to the effect or provide a sworn affidavit. We will pay separately for a court appearance.
