Find a local Tasker to set up your internet in VIC

I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2. If it still doesn’t work, head to Officeworks (or another nearby store), pick up a compatible replacement modem, and set it up. – I’ll cover the cost of the new modem and compensate you for your time/travel. Looking for someone who can get this sorted asap today so I can get back online without dropouts. Thanks in advance!

I e been away and during this time my internet stopped working. Normally I just reset and unplug and reply the cords. This has not worked this time. Don't know what to try next.

I contacted my service provider, and while everything appears fine on their end, they suspect that my apartment’s outdated internet setup can’t properly handle the incoming speeds. They recommended having a technician come out to resolve the issue.

We have an opticom/uniti network (NBN) and as well as Optus 4g. Connecting directly is working, but when the network is plugged into the rack which supply network to access points etc it’s not working need this fixed

I recently changed ISPs and now have extremely poor connection to my 2 smart TVs, despite having an 'ultra fast' plan and 2 top of the line Eero routers!! I’ve connected a TP-Link VX230v router via DSL for a Launtel FTTB connection (VDSL + Dynamic IP, no VLAN), but it’s still not connecting to the internet. I need someone to come to my apartment in Melbourne CBD (31 A’Beckett St) and check the wall socket and setup. Must be familiar with Launtel or VDSL setups. I’ve already configured the router as instructed by Launtel. Likely issue is wall port activation or line testing.

Need the mesh network bought and installed, whatever is most suitable for the house as it is long and 2 story, the Internet doesn't reach the far side of the house. Cost of the items will be paid separately from the task.
