We have moved to a new apartment and believe the phone line for nbn has been cut and we need it fixed

We have moved into a new house with no NBN connection available in our street. We have installed Starlink, but we are not getting Wi-Fi at the rear of the house. We have a new Eero modem from previous house, plus new Orbi router and booster that I understand can still be utilized to boost the connection. I am looking for someone to connect hardware and ensure we have good coverage throughout the house. I understand we would also require a Starlink Ethernet cable - looking for someone who can please provide.

I need someone to set up google mesh internet in large house to make wifi extend throughout. I currently have 4 mesh ones set up but brought more and we also have new router being set up Wednesday so they all need to be reset under new router.

We have a property that is on Airbnb and the guests couldn't connect to the wi-fi. The owner is overseas but called her internet provider who confirmed all connected and they ran tests and were able to connect to the modem so not sure what is wrong. I expect someone has messed around with the plugs potentially. I think there is a wi-fi extender in the kitchen as well. The modem is in the garage. I am looking for someone to go out between guests on Monday 29/12 between 10am & 2pm. The cleaner may also be there at the same time but we have digital lock for access. I have a photo of the base of the modem that I can send once locked in. If modem is faulty and needs replacing we are happy for additional works as required.

We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.

Hi everyone, my mobile internet normally works when I’m out and about, for example at a shopping centre, the library, or on public transport. But ever since something was done with my work phone setup the other day (I used my personal Samsung phone to test something at the time), my mobile data no longer works anywhere except at home and at work. I’ve already tried restarting the phone, but it still won’t connect to mobile data when I’m outside those two places. I need to be able to use my phone’s internet when I’m out so I can access WhatsApp, email, GPS and other apps. Could someone please assist? It will need to be in person since you’ll need to check my phone. I live in Donvale, and I’m happy to meet at a nearby café or library.

To outline briefly: 50/20 connection WiFi lights are on DLINK No internet in the office Have a NETGEAR Nighthawk net system This has worked in every other house Here: it’s not working & i have been told by ChatGPT that the Dlink & Netgear are both trying to be the router. The Dlink has to be turned to bridge mode to fix & the netgear nighthawk net will be the modem. Need help asap.

I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2. If it still doesn’t work, head to Officeworks (or another nearby store), pick up a compatible replacement modem, and set it up. – I’ll cover the cost of the new modem and compensate you for your time/travel. Looking for someone who can get this sorted asap today so I can get back online without dropouts. Thanks in advance!
