We are renting a unit in Mount Druitt and we require a handy man to install a cat door on our metal mesh garage door . I am doing this for the stray cats that are in this building and i feel awful in this cold weather for them to be stuck under a car. Because i am renting i want this door to be installed in a certain manner that it will be fix-able once my lease ends. So please don’t quote me a large amount of money because i am only doing this as generosity when the council , strata and animal welfare refused to help.

Moved in to new house and found out that wall next to kitchen sink is damaged with moisture. Building inspector did not mention any water damage to that area.
