Water dripping from washing machine Fridge lights not working

Good afternoon, We need some maintenance for our main HVAC unit (model as shown in the in pictures). It works well, but we need some general maintenance. Only comment is that the airblade doesn’t remain at the selected position (and drops to a lower level) - if we were to be able to sort this out that would be fantastic. Ideally this could be done on Friday 6th June (morning) but we can be flexible for the right person. We are located in West Footscray (Hansen Reserve side). Thanks, Andre

Laundry door needs fixing.

Good afternoon, We need some maintenance for our main HVAC unit (model as shown in the pictures). It works well, but we suspect there is an issue with the actuator and the airblade doesn’t remain at the selected position (and drops to a lower level). It looks also that one of the cogs is damaged, which might be the problem. Unfortunately this means that we are unable to have air flown in the main part of the living as it goes almost against our window. We need someone that is able to take a proper look and capable of replacing the specific component, if necessary. Ideally to be done on Monday morning(26th May), but we can find another suitable slot for the right person. We are located in West Footscray (Hansen Reserve side). Thanks, Andre

Have a few small jobs including: 1. screws/nails into fence post 2. trim hammered back onto eaves 3. screen door that does not close properly 4. replace fly screen in another door (have new fly screen to put on) Would prefer Monday, Friday or weekend.

When taking a shower the water changes to cold in the middle of a warm shower need help to fix the issue . I have checked other water outlets like the bath and vanity and there is no problem with hot and cold with that flow just the shower need help fixing it

See list below: Garage lintel deemed salvageable by building inspector - just needs to be rust converted and treated. Please supply all materials required to get it looking like new (will pay). Need to replace some exterior wooden beams or apply something to strengthen current. Reinforce bricks loose at property entry. Reattach downpipes properly to brick and also to stormwater pipe. Remove a water tank and redirect pipes appropriately. Other bits and bobs as they arise.

Need maintenance on lane brand entrance deadlock. The push button at the back does not release when opening from inside, it stays pushed in. But works well with key.
