I need a Handyman to come and fix my floor to ceiling Cat Tree. It’s brand new, was only installed about 3 weeks ago, but it wasn’t installed tight enough and has started to fall. I have a winch that i would like installed on the roof of my shed. But i would like to install it without causing any damage as i live in a rental home. An alternative my landlord suggested rather than drilling holes in the beam - using U-bolts or beam clamps or unistrut saddles to install.

We installed DIY blinds 6 months ago but the far left bracket has come out of the wall. The screw and anchor have come loose causing the bracket to detach from the wall and the blinds to detach from the bracket. There are a few jobs we are in need of for this task. The first is to reinstall the bracket to the wall (this may require first re patching the hole so that anchor/screw isn’t loose), second is to install the blinds (just click them in- this a 2 man job), and the third is to patch up the holes in the plaster that are clearly shown in the photos. I need a strip of lami-panel cut and glued below my bathroom vanity. I have the sheet of Lami-Panel but it needs to be cut to size and fixed to the wall. Approx 7cm high & 75cm wide

I have 2 tasks to be done: 1. Install a safe inside a wardrobe. The safe needs to be bolted with 4 screws (2 to floor + 2 to back wall). Both walls and slab are concrete, so an impact driller is necessary. Four screws to be supplied by installer. 2. Soap holder to be installed inside shower cubicle (2 holes). There is an existing soap holder that is old and damaged, so this needs to be removed for the new one to be installed. The holes from the old soap holder and the new DO NOT match, which means that proper waterproof sealing needs to be done to the existing holes before installing the new soap holder. There are photos of the 2 soap holders below. These services can be done from Friday 31st after 1pm to Saturday 1st (all day).

Replace broken cornice as per photos and finish a job that was started by a friend of ours being to sheet the nib wall and plywood on a built in seat

Got a little dent in the door that needs to be fixed.

There is cornices that need to be removed from our bathroom, glue cleaned off the tiles and then cornices need to be re-installed.

I have a small hole (more a dent, you can’t see into the wall, the plaster is all still intact etc.) that needs repairing please and if it’s too obvious, then I’ll need it painting and paint matching etc. I’ve just had curtains removed and blinds hung and have small screw holes from the curtain tracks that need filling. I could do that menial task myself, but I have a Neurodegenerative Disease and no balance, so cannot climb up ladders etc.
