To do - A few small paint jobs fixes - A sticker thats pulled the wall off fixing that - One of the latches of the blind came off and broke, fixing that I dont have the missing curtain piece or the paint. (Reposting this after all offers on the previous task fell through). The unit door and lock have been destroyed by the fire department to gain access during an emergency. A proper fire-rated door will be installed and the frame replaced by body corporate in 2 - 4 weeks, so a temp solution is required until then. - existing door is 2335H x 815W x 35D, a replacement solid core is preferable - lock also needs to be replaced, a basic lever lock that is compatible will be fine (doesn't need to be fire-rated) - door closer doesn't have to be refit as part of this task

I need several paintings hung (three) and four handles attached to four cabinet doors.

A tradie installed an access panel in our roof a while ago, and since using it recently, we found it very hard to open and close. Main issues are the thickness of the beam crossing the panel, an angled screw used, and the thickness of the access cover.
