The gate that connects my property at the neighbours property is always left open. My dog at times gets out and runs on the street. I need someone to come in and change the hinges on the door to self closing so when someone opens the gate, it will automatically close behind them.

Cover one of the pipes in the bathroom with tiles Install sound bar Fix up slat walls finishing Install a few dimmers on the walls Make two holes on desks Fix up gaps on skirting and on ceiling Drawers in the wardrobe not in line Patching and painting some parts of the unit. Uninstall an existing toilet and install a new one.
