Fix hold in plaster wall under toilet roll holder I have paint

Need to replace a faulty kitchen sink tap - I haven’t purchased a replacement tap so preference is if you can source one as well which I can cover the cost of (a dual sink mixer with pull out head). Otherwise, I can purchase one if preferred and just require installation. I have taken a photo of the current setup and old sink tap.

Job to be completed tomorrow in Tamarama. Required: 1. Hang mirror and 6 x wall hooks in bathroom (into tile). 2. Re fit a roller blind (we need to remove it and remove a piece of the bracket to make it fit better as it is currently in too tight) - note this is a 2 person job and will require 2 x step ladders as the ceilings are 2.7m tall. 3. Ceiling to be patched and painted in 5 small spots where electrical works have been carried out.

The gate that connects my property at the neighbours property is always left open. My dog at times gets out and runs on the street. I need someone to come in and change the hinges on the door to self closing so when someone opens the gate, it will automatically close behind them.

I have automatic motorised Luxaflex blinds and the solid blockout blind has dropped off the remote / not working. I have tried to troubleshoot but to no avail. Need it fixed before Tuesday as my baby nephew is coming to stay
