I’ve had new exhaust fans put in my bathrooms and need the ceilings patched. There are 5 all together

Hang up pictures, shelves, blinds about 4-5 hours of work $100 per hour

Install Velux FS C01 550mm x 700mm and FS S01 1140mm x 700mm fixed skylights and EDW flashing kits to pitched tiled roof accessible directly with standard ladder from balcony. Adjust hangers to allow appropriate positioning into roof/ceiling. Frame up for Gyprock and plaster. Sand and paint.

Job to be completed tomorrow in Tamarama. Required: 1. Hang mirror and 6 x wall hooks in bathroom (into tile). 2. Re fit a roller blind (we need to remove it and remove a piece of the bracket to make it fit better as it is currently in too tight) - note this is a 2 person job and will require 2 x step ladders as the ceilings are 2.7m tall. 3. Ceiling to be patched and painted in 5 small spots where electrical works have been carried out.

The gate that connects my property at the neighbours property is always left open. My dog at times gets out and runs on the street. I need someone to come in and change the hinges on the door to self closing so when someone opens the gate, it will automatically close behind them.

We need 2 blinds hung up. Hardware provided (shown in photos) You will need to bring your own tools to install everything. The wall is brick so will need the appropriate drill. We can't do it ourselves as our drill can't go through it.
