We would like to install: - Eight IKEA shelves; we have three brackets for each shelf so it's 24 screws into the wall. The brackets are x12 Pershult and x12 Sandsult - 1 heavy mirror, requires 2 screws into the wall - 1 knife rack, requires 2 screws into the wall - 1 TV mount, requires 2 screws into the wall - 2 hooks, requires 4 screws into the door It's an Art Deco apartment with brick walls covered in a thick render. Happy to source the screws if you can advise what to get. Unsure of the appropriate budget, happy to be guided by the quotes provided. Would be ideal to get the job completed ASAP.

The under lighting in my bathroom stopped working. My partner removed it. I assume it needs to be a) replaced b) glued underneath the mirror and c) reattached to power

Cut and fix 10 tiles between new shower base and bottom of existing wall tiles.

We need a professional tradesperson with previous experience in repairing the folding mechanisms in 'tiltaway' wall beds. Problem: broken metal mechanisms, which means - at the moment - we can't push the bed back up into the 'folded' position (flat against the wall), or pull it down from the wall to the floor for use.

The cabinet door was falling down

The roof timbers of our house have an air gap for ventilation under the eaves and this air gap has decaying corroded chicken wire that needs replacing. I’m seeking someone to provide their own safe ladder access to get to this zone, to remove and dispose of the existing old vermin mesh and supply and securely fix some galvanised vermin mesh in its place that can keep out pests (rats birds and possums). There is approximately 10.5 linear metres to be worked on each side of the house. (21m total) each gap is roughly 450mm x 120mm and there is approx 23 gaps on each side (46 gaps). The height off ground ranges from 4m to 3.5m. There is access on each side of the house suitable for a ladder visible from the photos. Only want people who have a good idea of what they’re doing please.
