Husband is coming home from rehab for severes bad back. 1. Install 1000mm to side wall for internal steps to kitchen 2.2x 450mm vertical grab rails to inner brick doorway 3. 600 mm to wall at top of steps I have the grab rails on order from Bunnings. I don't have tools.

Door handle, installed months ago, is jamming and needs to be pulled up and not down. It is getting worse and needs to be repaired. It may be a simple job for someone but if it becomes more complex and requires a replacement handle to be sourced then I will increase payment appropriately.

I have a gym/studio (110 Square metre) the job due to being a 24/hr business will need to be broken into segments. The first area is the front room which is the most important ( largest area ) It needs 1 coat of paint ( white ) along with the feature wall ( black) to be redone and look like a new business. Old balcony door is coming off the rails at both the top and bottom. Possible rail is bent - not sure what causing it. May need new runners? Can provide video but don’t think can post to the initial advert

Replace inbuilt kitchen range hood, install mirror in bathroom (drilling into tiles) replace water tap in kitchen.

3 bedroom house , 2 storeys with garage on lower ground level . No German roaches. General spray for garden roaches and spiders.

Stitches on canvas awning attached to car have pulled out. Need awning restitched (about 20cms). None of the material has torn, just stitches pulled out.

Please put up a s-fold curtain rod from Freedom. The rod needs to be cut to size and put up on the ceiling. The rod is 3.6m and the ceiling width is 3.5m.

I’m planning to fit out my garage. Please quote me for the entire work. Main problem is it’s cold and damp and everything I store in there gets mouldy. I’d like to make it a hobby room, the garage door is too low and narrow for my car anyway. I just need it a bit more “liveable” if you know what I mean. Nothing major. Broken foot wooden on lounge chair

Install a Spalding basketball hoop into a flat brick garage wall - done properly to bear a lot of weight. I have already put the mounting bracket on the backboard so the job is just installing onto the wall. I have a step ladder and can assist with lifting but you will need one too.

I’ve moved out of my apartment and there is some paint damage to the cabinet (as in image). I don’t have the paint unfortunately so you’ll need to grab a piece off and get a test pot colour matched at Bunnings. All above my skill set!
