End-of-tenancy fix-ups: - fixing a broken blind - removing and disposing of a cabinet that is fixed to the wall - a projector mounted to the ceiling needs to be removed along with screen and cabling - all to be disposed of

Hot water in the kitchen sink does not work. It gets hot in other places except in kitchen. Therefore dishwasher is not working either.

One of the panels in my shower cubicle was dislodged by a fall. The base has disconnected from the assembly, and the waterproofing has been breached. I will need the base reattached and the bottom of the panel (which is flush with the tiling) resealed to watertight.
