As you can see in the attached images, the fan continually faces downwards. I need to have it facing horizontally straight (like in image 2 where I am holding it up). I think this issue is something to do with the mount or some other mechanism on the fan.

Hot water in the kitchen sink does not work. It gets hot in other places except in kitchen. Therefore dishwasher is not working either.

Theres a crack in the sink which needs fixing. Its not deep.

We need to dismantle an office desk station set up - it's set up as four desk stations with privacy screens in between. Will need electric screwdriver and other tools to separate the privacy screens.

I need the hinge replaced on my ikea shoe cabinet and also a few other quick jobs around the house like fixing the window restrictors.

1) I need two balcony lights replaced. See balcony photo. 2) in addition, a bathroom light that is now flickering. See internal light photo. 3) Finally tightening a door handle and making a door close more easily that isn't completely aligned. See photo of door and handle. Note that the outdoor balcony lights are tough to open. Looking to open and replace light bulbs.

Dishwasher needs to be moved to a different location in kitchen and kitchen sink needs to be moved

One of the panels in my shower cubicle was dislodged by a fall. The base has disconnected from the assembly, and the waterproofing has been breached. I will need the base reattached and the bottom of the panel (which is flush with the tiling) resealed to watertight.

Need 2 bedroom air conditioner checked and aircon maintenance form filled out by professional. No issues with the building, also no issue with the aircon just the strata decided they want aircon maintenance annually in bylaw suddenly ….and aircon form filled in and handed to building management. Maintenance Form(mainly need that done) attached in photos, aircon maintenance requirements r also in the form so plz read it thx. there is only one filter I think.
