I need a certified electrician to install a ceiling fan in a small bedroom at an apartment. Will also need a switch installed. I have the switch. Please see photos for the space in the ceiling. The rolling blind mechanism does not hold the blind adjustable in place, it will stay fully up due to weight however if you try to have it half down it will fall and unroll all the way down. I believe a piece is missing and was lost on the mechanism during cleaning. Requirement to replace with a whole new mechanism as displayed in photo or just whatever piece is missing to the current one that isn’t holding the rolling blind up to be adjustable
