I would like to have 60 linear metres of traditional picture rails installed on plaster walls & behind the plaster there is lath & plaster construction. I need a certified electrician to install a ceiling fan in a small bedroom at an apartment. Will also need a switch installed. I have the switch. Please see photos for the space in the ceiling. It's for an apartment so limited space. There is concrete in the ceiling a a gap of about 30cm between ceiling plaster and concrete.

Further details below: · I need 2–3 hooks installed in the ceiling or high on the wall (depending what works best). These will hold medium-sized hanging plants. · hooks will ideally be placed in a corner near the window to allow for natural light. · The hooks need to be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the plants.
