The existing ceiling fan is making noise and also this fan provide a power to shower capsule radio clock. Please supply and replace the old fan. Need to attach mirror fixtures in a tiled wall in a flat. Mirror is not heavy, two fixtures at top hold in place and then sits on fixtures at bottom. I have the fixtures but I don't have the screws & plugs for the wall.

I need some joinery repairs done as follows: 1) Joinery panel 2.1m X 0.6m came off the ceiling, needs to be re-glued securely as it's a heavy panel. 2) Joinery door of cupboards below BBQ on terrace came off due to loose/corroding hinge &/or screw holes 3) Vertical battons glued on to joinery panel at entry have come loose, needs to be re-glued with clear glue. Glass shower door is not closing properly. Just seems to be an issue with alignment and the hinge positioning. Just need a handyman with Allen keys and screwdriver. Should be a quick 1hr job for the skilled guy
