The hinge fittings have pulled out and there is damage to the surrounding cabinet timber, as well as damage/chipping to the gloss finish around the hinge area of the door. I’m looking for someone experienced in kitchen cabinetry/carpentry to: Repair/reinforce the damaged cabinet timber Repair the damaged area of the gloss cupboard door as much as possible Refit or replace the hinges if required Reattach and align the door properly Make sure everything is secure and the door opens/closes correctly.

I need an experienced carpenter/door installer to replace two existing internal bathroom doors on a shared bathroom. I will purchase and supply the two new doors and handles/privacy locks. I need the Tasker to complete the installation, including any necessary trimming, hinge installation and fitting of the handles. Door 1 — damaged door frame One of the existing timber door jambs has significant water damage/rot at the bottom of the hinge-side jamb (see photos). There is also a water leak/ingress from the adjacent shower, which appears to have contributed to the timber deterioration. I'd like the Tasker to: • assess the extent of the timber damage; • advise whether the damaged section of jamb can be replaced/repaired or whether the complete jamb/frame should be replaced; • make the repaired/replaced timber ready for painting; • inspect the shower/frame junction and reseal with appropriate bathroom-grade silicone where required to prevent further water reaching the timber.
