The ziptrak blind is off the track on both sides making it difficult to put up And down. Need someone who has experience with these blinds to fix it for me please! Whole Side frames will likely need to be removed and refitted

I have a panel lift door ,that needs too be put up. I bought door used, I believe all parts are there ,as I was told? ( refer too photos for information. Gates will be removed and panel lift door put in its place. I will remove gates, and do all flashing around panel lift door. Plenty of access .Location is Holden Hill. SA

Installation of S FOLD block out and sheer curtains

I have 2 maybe 3 weatherboards along the back wall of the outside of my house that need replacing. I have 1 spare weatherboard to use for it but 2 more need to be sourced. I have the paint for it already. Part of the window trim wood on the outside wall might need replacing also and made watertight. Maybe a small piece of sheet metal installed stalled to redirect water away from the window sill. Inside the toilet room there is some water damage. Bottom wood trim of the window sill would need replacing and the wood rot on it removed. (Or just the wood rot removed, whichever is the most appropriate). Then the cracks in the wall would need to be cleaned up, plastered and painted. The walls likely contain asbestos in them, so care would need to be taken not to disturb it. I also have a hole in a wall (about a basketball size) in a bedroom that could use some plastering up but I’m not as concerned about that one. I am able to provide access to the property at any time over the next 2 weeks so am flexible about when it can be done. Obviously, the sooner the better though.

Carport ceiling to be repaired in several spaces. One aera of water damage about 400mm x 300mm and one ceiling crack about 800mm long, then 4m long 70mm wide beam removed along the wall, cornicing removed in that space also gyprock to be placed on to that side of the ceiling, up to brickwork... then re cornicing the area. Then painting the ceiling white.

My son accidentally put a hole in our back room wall and it needs to be fixed. It is not a huge one.
