Plaster the wall to patch holes from cavity left by wall mounted heater. 3. Paint both skirting and wall to match. Includes supplying small quantity of paint. 4. Optional if skilled. Patch the carpet in front, happy to take from a wardrobe. 5. Touch up other downlighting with the same paint where LEDs have been installed (as pictured). 5 total. I included what I believe to be the paint used by previous owners. I believe paint has spoiled but may be helpful with colour matching. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks! Four castors damaged in transport and need to be replaced. I'll send you the materials, which are replacement legs with castors . 1. Jack up lockers, drill out rivets holding legs and slide the out. 2. Slide in new legs and castors and tech screw or rivet new legs in place. Tools required. 1. Jack for lifting lockers at each end, about 200kg each. 2. Drill to drill out rivets 3. Rivet gun or impact driver.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Looking for someone experienced with render or texture coat repairs who can patch, texture match, and repaint/blend the area neatly. Located in Adelaide. Please quote including materials if possible.
