Need a doorknob and latch installed on the front door. Need the door to lock automatically when closed. Require the necessary items to be purchased (Bunnings is 5 minutes away). Listed price excludes cost of necessary items to be purchased by Tasker. Need a mortise pocket and a latch plate cut for a door knob. Basically there’s no hole in the door frame, need door knob and latch and anything else that allows the door knob to latch into the door frame

Cut and fix 4 lengths of skirting board and 4 smaller pieces of skirting to wall (2 lengths need approx 10mm taken off the bottom as it will need to be fixed on top of carpet). Cut and fix architraves to either side of a door. Fix 1 x door jamb, hang 1 x internal door and install door hardware (handles/ hinges/ latch etc). Board, door, jambs and door hardware all provided and ready to go. Previous skirting has been removed. Appropriate tools required for timber cutting plus mitre, nail gun etc. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 4 January 2023
Punctual, friendly and worked extremely hard for the time necessary to complete the task. Highly recommend.
