Find an experienced handyman in St Clair

The purpose of the trellis is to screen the carport by ivy/passion fruit growing on it. We want it built from metal mesh May require reinforcement beams to be added in middle of trellis through welding however will go with your opinion if needed. Happy to have the trellis welded into the existing metal beams of the carport or have it fixed in place using other means. We have not sourced the materials necessary. But have done research on how much it would cost. The side area of the carport that will need to be screened is 280cm H 300cm W Area measured was from the inside of steel support and is area that will need the mesh covering. Please sing out if you need any clarification or more info. A quote would be appreciated.

I wish to have a new screen installed onto my screen door as my cats have clawed through the current one leaving a hole. Along with the new screen I need a cat door installed into the screen in order to reduce the likelihood it will happen again. I have most things needed in order to complete the job:- New screen, spline roller and ‘Petsafe’ Pet Screen Door. Regrounting and seal the courtyard area of a townhouse in ST CLAIR. Get rid of broken and missing grouts and seal anywhere you can seal including the wall corners. Some tiles are loose and resulted in leaking into the garage ceiling, trying to fix the tile grouts and seals to improve the current state. - Due date: Flexible

We will remove the exisiting trough and help you move the washer and dryer. See attached photos for the ikea plan and the items included. It’s a very basic laundry with 3 cabinets and a benchtop. Wanting to install 2 floating shelves on this wall. No visible brackets. Preferably in a wood finish. Not sure if the shelves can go all the way wall to wall but think it will look best that way. Please see photos for inspiration. The width of the wall is approx 2.2 metres. I don’t plan to out anything heavy on the shelves, just a few light items. It’s really just for aesthetics. Hang 2 light weight prints (no glass) on lounge room wall behind sofa @ St Clair.

All the rain and wind seems to have exposed a leak between my balcony door and doorframe. I have managed to fix the gap inside the room where the water was coming in but still need to find the outside leak as there is water leaking through the lock hole drilled into the doorframe. The balcony is a small Juliet balcony but will fit a ladder. I have attached photos as best as I could take them. I can work from home most days so have some flexibility.

Supply and install 2 floating shelves in study nook across wall above workstation. No brackets. Approximately 2.3 metres long. Timber look shelves preferred. Please note the shelves won’t be used for storage so won’t be putting anything heavy on them. Just a few light decorative items. Nothing heavy. Please see photos of what I’m after.
