Sliding door has come off the guide roller. I’ve tried lifting it and sliding the screw in and tightening but feels as if the screw won’t catch in the threading.

Need a handyman to help with two small jobs: 1. Adjust front entry door hinges / alignment – door has slightly dropped over time and currently needs extra force to close and latch properly. Electronic lock installed. 2. Install garage door side seal. Looking for someone experienced with doors/hinges/locks. Need to be done before next weekend.
