Seeking a handyperson. Generally easy jobs I would take on myself. Gardening: Mowing, weeding, lopping Property maintenance: leveling pavers, painting, joinery, deck oiling, pest control Simple roof restoration, repairs What I am looking for is someone who can take on all the jobs I would normally do myself around the home. On a fortnightly basis starting with the garden, tidying it up, weeding, sorting out the garden beds, taking care of plants and retic. Then when that is under control or on the non growing season moving time onto property maintenance like gutters, pavers etc while keeping the garden in order. I would appreciate someone who can identify areas of improvement and improve the look of my property over time. I am thinking this might suit a monthly service fee over a couple of years until I no longer need the service.

Hi, I have automatic roller shutter operated with RF remote control. It is an Acmeda Automate ARC shutter with DC2708 V1.0 remote control. The roller shutter is not working properly - it only opens to about half way up. The shutter rolls all the way down so it closes though. I tried to reprogram it to adjust the travel limits but it didnt work. The motor seems fine and responsive and the shutter curtain moves up and down smoothly with no issues apart from it stopping on the UP travel. I'm not sure if it just needs the travel limits reset or there is some other issue with shutter like corrupted control system etc.

Hi I need two doors supplied & installed for a house in Rivervale. 1 hinged door (and frame, plastering, etc.) Space for Hinged door is 89 (W) x 241 cm (H, ground to ceiling). The door needs painting and kitchen walls need ms painting and to hole to be patched and closed

1. Fix kitchen cupboard door. Screws pulled out of timber frame. 2. Fix screen door. Rivets holding door to hinge broken off. 3. Fix cornice. Broken off ceiling and wall.

1. Wall repair There are a few small dents/marks in the wall that need patching and touching up so the wall looks smooth again. Standard small plaster repair. 2. Vertical blind repair One of the carrier clips on a vertical blind track has broken, causing one blind panel to fall off. The panel itself is intact but the clip/hanger needs to be repaired or replaced so it can hang properly again. Photos are attached showing both the wall dents and the blind track.
