Find an experienced handyman in Rivervale

I have 4 new ceiling fans with LED lights I would like installed . Three inside in bedrooms and one undercover outside . All areas have not had fans previously so unsure additional requirements.

Bought a second hand bathroom cabinet from marketplace - originally from IKEA - looking for quotes on installing it onto wall of bathroom. May need to remove mirror in bathroom too.

Hi. We need urgantly someone who is able to instal and possibly also provide a soundproof accoustic panels. The wall is 280cm tall and around 8m long.

Need to replace a circular exhaust ceiling fan at my bathroom. The ceiling fan does not have any special features. I’d just like it to be circular and similar to the current one I want to replace. Photo of current fan is attached.

Need to unblock the kitchen sink . Water not passing through.

Temple and Webster tv cabinet - almost finished needs to fix one of the wooden dividers (photo 2), place beam support ( photo 3) and place doors . It’s easier to make new holes with a drill - instead of changing the divider around.

So my bathroom has a shower area with a unique shape. I would like to install a rod around the area so that I can put up the curtains

(1) To fix three IKEA 40cm (W) by 60cm (H) wall cabinets in my kitchen. (2) To fix a retractable rangehood and its cabinet over the stove

- Install and paint wood trim under benchtop to hide gap. This task has started but needs to be fixed further as there are still gaps on the sides and where this has been affixed. Wood trim will need to be supplied but can be reimbursed - see pic - Install and paint two new outdoor inspection panels measuring approximately 35 x 58cm and 59 x 65 cm respectively. Fibre cement sheet and paint will need to be supplied but can be reimbursed at cost - see pics - Mount four robe hooks on tiles - robe hooks supplied - Mount two toilet roll holders on tiles and one on brick wall - roll holders supplied - Install two frameless mirrors in bathrooms using silicone - Ensure kitchen cabinet hinges are secured and fix where necessary Please only offer if you have the tools for this job and have prior experience.

We need a respectful handyman to go to our Airbnb property and remove a nail from a bed (see pictures) and check the bed for further damage (should only take a few minutes) Need done in the next two hours please Rivervale

Previous house alarm cord - broken due to door replacement. See picture.

Ceiling has some cracks that need to be repaired so I can paint them. 3 spots. Possibly some further work if deemed ceiling is sagging. See photos.

install 4 hisense A/C in my house.

I have an outdoor blind from Bunnings that I previously installed, but the bracket came loose during strong winds. I don’t think I secured it properly into the masonry/concrete wall the first time, and I may not have used the correct plugs or screws. I’ll need someone to reinstall it securely. Please bring the appropriate masonry screws, plugs, and possibly a concrete adhesive/anchor compound for extra strength. The bracket uses P52-sized screws. Ideally, I’d also like the holes to be sealed so the fixings stay firm and weather-resistant. Looking for someone experienced to come and reinstall it properly.

B&D garage door not working. Light comes on but motor seems to cut off.Quote excludes parts.
