Need door lever replacement

I installed verti sheer blinds but they do not open and close properly and there are some gaps when they are closed

We have the curtains for all the windows (living -3 windows, Theatre - 1 , bedrooms - 4). Need help with curtain fitting. I will take suggestion for procuring tracks, rods and required stuffs

I have 2x blinds that have come off the track so I can’t open/close them anymore. I also have a shower head that falls off every time you use it as it can’t hold into its little holder thing. I don’t know. Need help! Negotiable on price obviously. Edited: I will add photos on tomorrow when I can!

Front door handle needs to be repositioned into the door panel, reassembling the door handle mechanism, with a small infill of the door panel.

We have finished putting up new gyprock but we haven’t had time to complete the final finish coat and sanding. Have applied the paper tape and first two layers of compound. Need the final coat to be done and the area sanded so it’s ready to be painted.

Build: 🔨 1 x kmart laundry cabinet. I have half completed but need someone to finish the rest. Don't want nailed to wall. Paint: 🎨 Small cracks in corners of 4 rooms. These were putted over by another handyman but not painted. Paint supplied by me. Hang: 💡 2 x light sconces. No electrical work required. Rechargeable lights from kmart. Again I have attempted myself but not straight. May need to paint wall around light fixtures. Please provide your hourly rate and estimated duration.

I’ve just got a small drug safe that I need to install to the floor. I’ve already got the Dynabolts M10 x 75mm, but I do not have a drill, the staff at Bunnings said I should use a stud finder and a few other tools to make sure I don’t drill into any water pipes or electrical wires. I was wondering if you have the equipment for that, and if you’d be able to install it for me? Gardening: Mowing, weeding, lopping Property maintenance: leveling pavers, painting, joinery, deck oiling, pest control Simple roof restoration, repairs What I am looking for is someone who can take on all the jobs I would normally do myself around the home. On a fortnightly basis starting with the garden, tidying it up, weeding, sorting out the garden beds, taking care of plants and retic. Then when that is under control or on the non growing season moving time onto property maintenance like gutters, pavers etc while keeping the garden in order. I would appreciate someone who can identify areas of improvement and improve the look of my property over time. I am thinking this might suit a monthly service fee over a couple of years until I no longer need the service.

Hi, I have automatic roller shutter operated with RF remote control. It is an Acmeda Automate ARC shutter with DC2708 V1.0 remote control. The roller shutter is not working properly - it only opens to about half way up. The shutter rolls all the way down so it closes though. I tried to reprogram it to adjust the travel limits but it didnt work. The motor seems fine and responsive and the shutter curtain moves up and down smoothly with no issues apart from it stopping on the UP travel. I'm not sure if it just needs the travel limits reset or there is some other issue with shutter like corrupted control system etc.
