Hi, I’m moving out of my rental property and need someone to repair a few small paint damages on the wall before I return the keys. The damage happened when adhesive tape removed some of the paint. There are only 3 small areas that need repairing. I’m looking for someone experienced with end of lease wall repairs: * Fill and smooth the damaged areas if needed. * Match the wall colour as closely as possible. * Sand and repaint so the repairs blend in with the existing wall. * Leave the wall looking neat for the final inspection. Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to install a Canopia Sophia awning (1.6m x 0.9m) over my rear door entrance. Awning materials & assembly instructions are supplied in kit. Will need to bring own tools & appropriate heavy duty timber screws, washers & weatherproof sealer. The awning will be attached to 50mm (approx) thick timber, which sits behind grey mini orb cladding. Happy for the awning brackets to be neatly pre-drilled and mounted using standard spacer sleeves/washers to keep the mini orb flat.

My Front door made of thin plywood was kicked, it didn’t go through. So no hole but there’s 2 sort of like big raised cracks about 30cm long now, I just want them filled in and painted to match the door for a real estate inspection on Friday. (Doesn’t need to be A++ job but just fill in the cracks and a coat of paint. It’s like a shade of eggshell, sort of yellowy on an old front door.
