This is for a local kindergarten. There are 3 doors that are becoming increasingly difficult to open/close. Two are internal single doors, and one is an external double door. Replacement of water damaged floorboards. Damaged area measures approx 50cm from the wall. Looking to fix hole as well as adjacent floorboards which have also been damaged (see pics). Need done before kitchen install. Cabinetry will be installed on top of affected area.
