I have two split-type heating and cooling units and require full maintenance, including: • Inspecting both indoor and outdoor units • Checking the refrigerant pressure in the outdoor units, adding refrigerator liquid where required • Inspecting and clearing the drain system

Fence needs a small bit of maintenance. Essentially needs some nailing of pails that aren’t straight and some boards need screwing in to strengthen it up. Should take someone with a nail gun, drill and some screws about 20 mins.

Hi! My Honda HRN216 is 3 years old and in mostly fine nick, but needs a bit of maintenance and I’m wanting to have it done onsite: 1. Fix petrol leak (appears to be coming from carb - gasket may be shot but I’m not 100% sure) 2. Re-tune self propel choke (Self-propel is currently disengaged - choke needs adjusting) 3. Some area of the wooden floor boards have black marks and the agent said it is water damage. Only 3 floor boards get it done.
