The base of the compartment also keeps slipping down out of the groove that holds it in place and this needs to be secured properly so that doesn’t keep happening.

Repair 4x scratched rims

The fascia boards at the end of my property have rotted and, in one spot, have completely fallen off. I need a professional to repair and replace the damaged wood. Additionally, there's a tile missing from the corner that needs to be replaced. Once the repairs are made, I’d also like the wood painted to ensure it's properly waterproofed.
