I’ve got a little Jarrahdale Swagman wood heater/fireplace in my home in Redcliffe and I’ve noticed some rust forming at the top of the flue where it meets the ceiling. In the recent rain it’s started to drip down the flue. There’s also minor cracking in the ceiling nearby around the top. Seeking a quote to: - Inspect the flue pipe and identify the source of the moisture - Look at the flashing to see if water’s getting in - potential inspection of roof space if required - Advise on repairs or maintenance might be needed It’s a single-storey place, and the roof is relatively easy to access.

The front of my drawer has broken off and the wood looks damaged, may require a replacement. I have bought a second drawer from Bunnings but it doesn't fit, we could possibly use the parts to fix the old one.
