Keys in lock box access available anytime but need done no later than Friday 10am Please note the hot water service is in the corner bottom cupboard (suspected entry point) and kicker is mirrored

I have a front door that has swollen since Cyclone Alfred and does not shut. It has a glass centre and is on the first floor of an apartment block (no lift). I have air b n b guests in the unit and they’d like it fixed asap. I’m unsure if the hinges have come loose or the wood has swollen but most likely needs to be shaved/adjusted.

Need corner of wall fixed up. I have the paint and can paint once it's fixed up. Will need tax invoice as it's a rental

Please fix my dodgy DIY attempt! The letterbox needs to go at the end of this low wall. I tried putting in a small concrete slab but it's not level and there's not enough contact with the base of the letterbox for a secure bond. I need the letter box securely installed please. Bonus points if you can cut a capping tile to size for the adjacent block.

Need to make sure that all the electrical circuits are safe and waterproofed and above the ice bath away from the water as well as installing an ozone generator pump to clean the water.
