Need a handy person to do a range of odd jobs following a building report for our house we are about to sell - [ ] Paint patch fix in main bedroom ceiling for small area of flaking paint (paint provided) - [ ] Fix door alignment bedroom 2 - it always swings open by itself - [ ] Fix loose door handle bedroom 2 - [ ] Fix bathroom door handle & self closing when the fan is on - [ ] Re-silicone shower (byo silicon) - [ ] Re-seal tap spindles in shower (byo silicon) - [ ] Re-silicone kitchen splashback (byo sicilcon) - [ ] Secure laundry tub to wall (should be a quick job) Needs be done either tomorrow or 17 December ideally

Replace ceiling fan in master bedroom and install ceiling fan in spare bedroom. Looking to pay electrician for their labour, I will purchase fans. Unsure what something like this costs so budget is just a guess. Cheers :)

Paint existing doors and surrounds in gloss white. Currently timber
