Appox 6cm2 bottom of architrave, likely needs that section replaced, and painted and sealant on bottom edge. May be able to be epoxy filled but unlikely? Not allowi g me to send close up pic for some reason.

Have just done some Reno’s and need cornice fitted to the areas that were renovated Sizes are 3600 mm , 1200 mm 600mm and 200 mm 4 areas see pictures You can supply and fit cornice if you like ( obviously I will pay cost of the cornice ) Or i can have it here for you to fit only

I have 2 new doors to hang to replace existing doors one is in garage going outside and the other is the pantry ( the new pantry door is quite heavy happy to help though )

Ensuite entrance barn door needs to be repaired and rehung. Previous owner install and frame starting to sag due to gyrock. Needs a 5-10mm backing board(not concerned what material is used as long as it’s paintable or black), put behind to stop the gyrock being damaged, and then reposition the bottom guide runner(screwed through carpet). All hardware is there.

I have 11 dark brown window shutters, some have panels which have come loose, would like them repaired and the shutters sanded back and repainted white.

Need to replace outdoor patio fan and switch to equivalent spec ( stainless steel fan and gang light/fan speed switch). Unsure whether fan is AC or DC but suspect AC as makes a bit of a buzz sound. Please quote for supply and install and cleanup once done.
