I need a reliable handyman to do the following jobs in my home. Should take approx 2 hours. 1) replace 1 outdoor garden tap ( part supplied) 2) replace toilet shower head and shower tap ( hot and cold) - parts supplied 3) replace a toilet bidet spray - part supplied 4) replace a 180 by 210cm roller blind in kitchen - parts supplied 5) fix a 5kg photo frame on wall 6)realign a queen bed frame / tighten up the wooden frame Must have tools and have experience with plumbing works.

Appox 6cm2 bottom of architrave, likely needs that section replaced, and painted and sealant on bottom edge. May be able to be epoxy filled but unlikely? Not allowi g me to send close up pic for some reason.

Ensuite entrance barn door needs to be repaired and rehung. Previous owner install and frame starting to sag due to gyrock. Needs a 5-10mm backing board(not concerned what material is used as long as it’s paintable or black), put behind to stop the gyrock being damaged, and then reposition the bottom guide runner(screwed through carpet). All hardware is there.

I have 11 dark brown window shutters, some have panels which have come loose, would like them repaired and the shutters sanded back and repainted white.

Need to replace outdoor patio fan and switch to equivalent spec ( stainless steel fan and gang light/fan speed switch). Unsure whether fan is AC or DC but suspect AC as makes a bit of a buzz sound. Please quote for supply and install and cleanup once done.
