Looking for someone experienced with siding or cavity doors to realign it so it opens and closes smoothly. Flexible with timing but ideally within the next few days. We want to install blinds to our window frame however the recess is not deep enough for the brackets and cracked plaster. We need a backing piece of wood installed to attach blinds to.

I would like this old wall patch sanded or made flush with the rest of the wall followed by re wallpaper over it to make it look presentable for a house sale. FYI, the existing wall paper removes easily with pulling it and isnt stuck on well.
