Find an experienced handyman in Newcastle

We are looking for a handyman to undertake a variety of different maintenance tasks at 2 of our gym locations

Fix a few things on an RV. Nothing "mechanical". I think a general car handyperson, with tools, could fix my problems.

I have approx 18 fly screens (ranging in size small, medium and large) to be replaced. I will provide materials and tools for the job.

Fujitsu air Conditioner showing error code (Discharge temp error). Require inspection and service.

The ducted aircon is circulating air, but it's not either warm or cold

Purchase and replace any broken roof tiles. Assess for the need for silicon and apply it. Assess for any other issues.

Installing door handles, frames up, building resources, fixing perepex etc full days work - hourly rate negotiable

Fix floating floor step wedge and grout small area in bathroom.

I have a Panasonic CS-Z9RKR split system that I believe needs its Nanoe-G filter cleaned/maintained. As after 6-10hrs of continuous operation the light begins to flash. May also consider a deep clean of the Panasonic a/c, as well as one 780mm wide Mitsubishi Electric, and another 1600mm wide Mitsubishi Electric, if we can work out a fair price.

tropical fish tank water is green and smells terrible, some guppies have passed away. fish tank filter is working, have done water changes, used water conditioners makes no difference to the water quality.
