Bathroom sink's taps and breach (is cracked and leaks) need to be changed. I have the full replacement set.

Replace internal door handle with lockable handle. Replace broken door handle to internal door, this may require replacing both handles as they are older style and might need to replace both so they match. Replace missing door handle to cupboard door, again will likely need to replace both so they are matching. Replace toilet roll holder. The toilet roll holder has come off the wall. Looking for a handyman for some general property maintenance work. Details of the work as below. -Fix wardrobe sliding door. It hangs of the rails of the door frame at the top. I have the rails and the door. Need to screw in the sliding rail and hang doors, stopper/guide at the bottom is already in place -Painting touch ups: - I am going to have paint matched and ready, Would appreciate if you could being your own brushes, - Patching small nail holes in the wall, sanding to finish. Painting high touch parts of the wall [small patches around switchboards and door handles] - Light sanding of 30 cm long section of cornice in bathroom before painting it - Patching small gaps wherever needed before painting - Painting some unpainted wood of the Patio - Patch painting of window and door frames, only touch ups. - If you cant bring your own masking tape and drape cloth let me know I will get one for the job. -Grouting: Tiles in 2 bathroom ares as well as Kitchen Splash back and sink area. Not a huge area overall and not every tile needs it. Would appreciate if you can buy grout mix [white]and I will pay for the material on receipt. -Needs a white cement like sealant for some tiles, not broken or anything just touch ups [see photos] would appreciate if you could buy correct product I will pay on the receipt. -Fill gaps in the exterior wall [3-4 gaps maximum] with sand [or mortar] cement mix. Would need some creativity to match existing color to blend in :-). [See photos for existing color] Would appreciate if you can buy appropriate mix and I will for the material on receipt. - Apply water based polishing solution to slate floor. [Not a huge area overall,] - Fixing towel rail in the bathroom Let me know your best offer, I am flexible with price.
