Find an experienced handyman in Mill Park

Looking for someone experienced to fix my blinds. The blinds are currently stuck (i.e will not go up) + the chain is broken (see pics). I would need someone to supply (if a new chain is needed). Please only make an offer if you are experienced with fixing blinds. Additionally, I need assistance with 10x downlights - just to pop them off from the ceiling and flick the switch to the cooler light setting.

I need the following things done, may add more tasks for helping around the house: Screw in door stoppers in multiple doors (4x) Nails and screws for frames around the house Attaching TV mounts and wall mounting TVs (2 TVs and mounts provided) Hanging mirrors Installing random things like paper roll holders, door hooks, floating shelves etc. Preferred bulk rate for multiple jobs in one visit. You need to buy things/have own tools and items like nails and screws so an experienced handyman is a must. New home setup so will be ongoing work if we connect well together. Looking for a skilled handyman/Plasterer to install a Heller 2000W ceramic wall heater. The wall appears to be thin, as the anchor fell inside after drilling an 8mm hole according to the installation instructions. The original wall anchor (white plastic piece) is unavailable, so you will need to provide a suitable replacement anchor or solution for secure mounting. Also need the sliding door fixed - slides a bit rigidly and scratches/creeks the floor when in action.

The main door is closed but unable to lock it. It seems the doors has fall down a little bit. The gate is broken in one of the pivots and also needs adjustments and probably concreting the pillar.
