Have purchased ABSCO garden shed MN 23151RSK which is sitting here as a flatpack. The area to put it up is in the back yard in a cleared space. There is an existing concrete base for it to sit on if deemed suitable by the handyperson/tradesman. If needs replacing or adjusting, will require further concrete materials and I will pay for such materials, of course. Tools are required to assemble the screws, channels and sides of the shed together, plus the doorhandle. This is a two person job, probably.

To supply and install 4 m black pole on soil. With proper concrete footing to secure the pole.

Hi, I have clear outdoor café blinds installed on my patio but they move a lot in the wind. I’m looking for someone to: • Add a bottom weight or bar • Install anchor points to secure the bottom • Add side cables or a tension system to stop movement The blinds are already installed — I just need them reinforced so they sit straight and don’t flap.

Hi! The metal letter slot/opening on my brick letterbox has come loose and just needs to be re-secured with mortar. Only the opening/slot itself needs fixing the rest of the brick letterbox is solid and in good condition. Not looking to replace anything or rebuild the box, just a tidy refit.

I need someone to repair a small metal garden shed in Mill Park. The door has never lined up properly since I bought the house. It won’t stay shut unless I brace it with a piece of timber. I need someone to realign the door so it closes properly, or reinstall or replace the door panel if needed. The frame may need a quick adjustment so everything sits square. I would also like a lockable tbar handle or similar installed. There is also a small roof leak coming from the seam where two roof sheets overlap. Likely needs the overlap lifted, cleaned, resealed with exterior roof silicone and a couple of screws tightened or replaced. Final job is just to check over the shed, tighten any loose panels and make sure everything is secure, sealed and working as it should. Photos attached. Looking for someone with experience in shed repairs or general metalwork. Flexible with timing.

The wood has broken and needs to be repaired. The current section needs to probably be cut out and a new piece needs to be put in for security.
