We have two exterior powder coated aluminum shutters that are opened from the interior via a knob / diff joint. One is very hard to open, and one is frozen. Both shutters are on the first floor hence access will need a ladder (if required). Photos attached. We also have an interior plastic plantation shutter that has a broken attachment on one of the louvres, and if possible would love to fix it!

I have several dints and two holes to fix, painting not required. Located in our office building in Maryville, preferably this Sunday or Monday - any time works.
