We have two exterior powder coated aluminum shutters that are opened from the interior via a knob / diff joint. One is very hard to open, and one is frozen. Both shutters are on the first floor hence access will need a ladder (if required). Photos attached. We also have an interior plastic plantation shutter that has a broken attachment on one of the louvres, and if possible would love to fix it!

Assist to paint the gable. Assist to finish timber attachment post on front gate. Job 2. Labour to assist owner to install framing for flat awning approx 1000 x 2400, and attach twinwall or polycarbonate awning roof. Owner has trade skills, tools, ladder and will have portable scaffold for both jobs. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 10 February 2024
