We have a ceiling fan currently and would like to change it to a hanging light / pendant. Will need to switched out as well as the light switch.

Jobs include: MANLY: * Repair and reinforce timber front gate handle/lock area * Timber around latch area has become loose/damaged * One gate requires proper reinforcement/repair * Second gate is still functional but latch plate is becoming loose and should be secured before it worsens NORTHBRIDGE: * Tighten and secure loose basin tap in shared office bathroom Important: * Looking for proper reinforcement/repair solution, not temporary quick fix * Please bring tools/materials required * Experience with timber gate repairs preferred Can be done in one trip/day.

Moving into a new apartment and the space for the fridge is restricted by the cupboard above. I need the cupboard moved up so I can fit a 170cm fridge in there. Thanks!

Source and install new white wooden bifold door to finished standard (painting/coating as needed) Clean and dispose of any mess. One of our bathroom doors at our cafe has been broken. As per pics the hinges have been torn off so we will need either some plates to overlay the original hinge areas or new partitioning/structure.. Open to ideas

Needs to be screwed into a brick wall

Hello. Looking for someone to hang 3 sets of shelves, 1 coat hook and fix a desk to the wall. Walls are brick and very hard to drill into.

Handyman Job’s include; handing pictures, repair/replace drawer runners, replace patio door locks and install shelf. Offer is for labour only, happy to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase materials.

Put up a 80cm diameter circular ikea mirror on the wall

The garage door has a lock which works, however the mechanism which moves a metal pole up and down is no longer preventing the garage door being opened when in the locked position. Probably requires a new metal rod with a hole drilled in it and a pin through that, and some tools to replace the current one.

The fan is loose and is rattling. We have tried to fix it ourselves. It needs to be tightened, we think.

The length of the shelf wasn't cut properly, so it's not flush with the doors on the closet. Need a handyman to collect shelf (560mm x 900mm) and cut to size and also make sure it's secure. Second possible job is organising laundry door.
