Hi there, We’re looking for a skilled and reliable handyman for a few hours of work at our apartment in Manly. Tasks include: 1. Washing Machine Installation: • The laundry cabinet has some mild swelling due to water damage. You’ll need to shave or sand the edges (planer or sander required) so the washing machine fits. • Once adjusted, install the washing machine and ensure it’s properly connected and levelled. 2. Artwork Hanging: • We have several pieces of art and frames to be mounted. • You’ll need to install appropriate wall hooks and ensure everything is straight and secure. Walls are a mix of plaster and brick. 3. Bidet Hose Installation: • Install a handheld bidet hose in our tiled bathroom. All parts are provided, just need a proper install with no leaks. 4. Ceiling Fan Light Replacement: • Remove existing bedroom light fixture and replace it with a ceiling fan light combo. Wiring is already in place, just needs careful install. You’ll need to bring your own tools. We’ll provide all required fittings and fixtures.
