Needs to be screwed into a brick wall

Hello. Looking for someone to hang 3 sets of shelves, 1 coat hook and fix a desk to the wall. Walls are brick and very hard to drill into.

Put up a 80cm diameter circular ikea mirror on the wall

The garage door has a lock which works, however the mechanism which moves a metal pole up and down is no longer preventing the garage door being opened when in the locked position. Probably requires a new metal rod with a hole drilled in it and a pin through that, and some tools to replace the current one.

The fan is loose and is rattling. We have tried to fix it ourselves. It needs to be tightened, we think.

The length of the shelf wasn't cut properly, so it's not flush with the doors on the closet. Need a handyman to collect shelf (560mm x 900mm) and cut to size and also make sure it's secure. Second possible job is organising laundry door.

Urgently need someone to come today and help me bring in a marble coffee table, hang 1-2 artworks, 2 mirrors, assemble a small bookshelf and possible some other small jobs if time allows. Walls are all brick. Visitor parking is available on site.

Must be completed on Wed 10th or Thu 11th December. Can be outside of business hours. We rent a 3 bedroom apartment in Manly NSW. We had multiple shelves, picture frames and other things drilled into the walls, cabinets secured to the walls. We now need to patch and paint all those holes. Happy with by the hour or fixed price. We have 2 to 3 times as many holes to patch as the photo shows.

We need some curtains to be hung in the baby’s room. We also need someone to look at our doors and work out why they are sticking when we open them. This will probably lead to a future job where someone can hopefully fix that problem too!

A large several cm gap appears in the ceiling after install of new exhaust fan. The gap is to be appropriately repaired. I am happy to paint the repair myself, I simply need the gap repaired and ready for painting. Photos attached.
