I have a solid wood dresser that was in storage for many years and one of the drawers won’t go in anymore. I believe the issue is that the wood has swelled over time and the sides of the drawer need to be sanded down. But I’m open to alternative solutions from someone with carpentry experience. I also need 5 pictures hung so I’m hoping to find someone who also has a stud finder and nails and hammer who can do that job also while they’re here.

I live in an older apartment block in Manly. There are 4 x internal doors that do not close properly. I need a carpenter to adjust the doors/ frame/ hinges so that they close properly. Note they are hollow core doors so cannot be shaved down. Also it appears the hinge is embedded into the doors jamb frame which sounds like a metal frame (see photo)

Thermomix keeps shutting off

The blind mechanism is faulty and it can’t be pulled up or down anymore It could be repaired but may cost more to fix Please quote on either option . Ideally I’d like a remote control blind since it’s in the bedroom . It may lead to more work for the other blinds if the price is right

I need ornate skirts installed. 1 wall 4.3m long and then skirts need to be matched on 2 adjoining walls. 5mm skirt one side, 250mm skirt other side. Caninetry was removed from wall and new skirts need to be fitted where cabinetry was. Need all own tools. Skirt is here.
