We have a few things around the house that need fixing: 1) 2 doors (bedroom and bathroom) that won’t shut properly. They shut but can open easily with the slightest breeze coming in from the windows. We need to make sure they are secure and that they don’t open with wind coming in. 2) Toilet seat that needs fixing. It is currently loose and it’s coming off and we cannot seem to fix it ourselves. If you think it is not fixable they’re happy to buy any toilet seats and for you to take the old one off and put the new one on but this will require you coming over back again on a separate day. 3) We need a couple of nails put up on the wall (we don’t have any nails, we will need you to bring them) 4) Take off the clothing rack which is attached to our exterior wall Please specify in your offer whether you can do them all or only some of them. A large several cm gap appears in the ceiling after install of new exhaust fan. The gap is to be appropriately repaired. I am happy to paint the repair myself, I simply need the gap repaired and ready for painting. Photos attached.
