See pics of space above the ceiling - more lathes will need to be installed. ** MUST have experience in old 1950's Horse Hair set plaster ceilings & reattaching to laths and watwrdamage repair! The roof has been fixed & waterproofed, but the ceiling needs work. There are 5 main areas that that need attention.
