Clean Floors - from dust and paint splashes, plus grout haze. There are some scattered white paint drips around the walls, many of which will likely need scrubbing with a scourer to lift off (it is standard water-based emulsion). The bathroom is a standard bathroom clean, again with some paint drips. If you’re a backpacker in Avalon/etc, we can pick you up/drop you off at 7-10am. They are porters paints that require 3-4 coats.
