We have 4 bedrooms that need to be painted. Along with hallway, and bathroom ceiling. We have the furniture out of the bedrooms as the flooring is being done today and tomorrow.

Painting Scope: • Painting of walls only including living room, 3 x bedrooms and entrance hallway (skirtings, cornices, windows and architraves to remain untouched) • Living room has a feature wall with wallpaper – wallpaper needs to be removed prior to paint application • Existing wall colour is grey – new colour to be white – allow for approximately 3 coats to achieve a fully white finish • Paint will be supplied by us • Painter to supply all equipment and materials, including: • Drop sheets • Cutting tape • Sandpaper • Any other items required for a quality finish • There are approximately 4 minor plaster patches – may require a light sand before painting • No ladder on site – painter will need to bring their own ladder

Wash windows and wash down 4 internal walls clad in timber paneling prior to painting (Note painting not part of this task) using warm water and sugar soap. All required materials supplied. The room is a large family room with 2 sliding doors and one large window. Payment $30 per hour, negotiable.

I need the back patio ceiling patched up between plasterboard in places and painted

I need someone to patch and paint my ceiling as it is chipped and peeling. There are a few areas that also need painting. Start date, asap

Ceiling has been cleaned, patched and sanded ready for painting. Ceiling & trim needs undercoat & topcoat applied. Paint supplied.

I need this cubby house primed and painted inside and out.

I have had installed 5 new window frames and one sliding door frame and need them painted.

Prepare and repaint second storey fascia boards. 13.7m X 4.25m (approx 36 metres). Paint has peeled away with some weathering but boards are in reasonable condition.

Clear lacquer 5 x white oak internal doors with non yellowing Matt water based lacquer. Lacquer them so the oak looks the same or close to there current raw state. Experienced door finisher only. Also paint bathroom ceiling and cornices 2m x 2m in white ceiling paint. I will reimburse for materials used. Or I can source them for you. - Due date: Flexible
