I need to get my shower screen installed looking

Screenaway blockout blind, string broken and blind won't go up.

Looking for someone with a 60mm hole saw to drill a neat hole in the shelf of a kitchen cupboard so I can run a cable through. Easy quick job. I just don’t have the hole saw attachment or would do myself. Cupboard is standard laminate kitchen cabinetry. Access is clear. Would like the hole done cleanly with minimal chipping. Located in Hope Island. Flexible on timing.

Need a small amount of 5yr old grout removed in a shower floor and re-grouted. In particular, the section around the drain grate and a couple of sections in between the four floor tiles.

The kids kept going through small cat flap that was installed and it just came out all together.

In the bathroom on the sidewalk upstairs, the lower hinge of the glass shower door is missing, and there are no screws to fix it. In addition, the seal at the bottom of the glass panel connected to the bathtub has deteriorated and gradually disappeared, causing the glass panel and glass door to become very loose. Urgent repair is needed. The towel rail in the main bathroom needs to be reinstalled. The fly screen in the master bedroom is warped, resulting in visible gaps. Need to be replaced In the main bathroom, the stainless steel parts at the bottom of the shower glass door are seriously corroded. The glass door makes a lot of noise when it is opened and closed. Need to be repaired

Change the chandelier light bulbs (3 pendant lights) in a double-height ceiling. Height is approximately 5 metres. Bulbs can be accessed from the bottom of the pendant. No balcony beside it. Task requires a tall ladder (no scaffolding currently on site). Photos attached for reference.

Need a repair on a door which has cracked - need to fill, sand and paint touch-up match paint. It’s just one small area. Need it done so the real estate doesn’t pick up on it. Inspection is on Monday so ideally before then.

Outside dining are cupboard which is undercover is water and weather damaged, especially the wooden doors and inside, as the top is stone and in good condition. Needs to be fixed or replaced to look presentable for a few months as we will be having guests at the house.

2 tv brackets removed holes in walls fixed picture hooks removed and holes in walls fixed repair from hook tearing off part of wall. Needs to be done today.

Fix fly screen and put sliding screens back on tracks
