My pond’s waterproofing had broken down and it was leaking, so I removed the waterproofing and the render underneath as it was damaged. Now I need the inside walls and floor rendered (7m length x 70cm width x 40cm depth, approx. 11m² total surface to render). Material: Sand-cement render mix, roughly 1 part cement : 3 parts fine washed plasterers' sand, with a bonding/waterproofing admixture (e.g. Bondcrete or SBR) and polypropylene fibres mixed in to reduce cracking. Important: Internal corners (wall-to-wall and wall-to-floor) must be curved/coved, not square — a smooth rounded fillet, not a sharp right angle. I pressure washed and cleaned the surface already, though that was 2-3 weeks ago, so it may need a quick re-clean. Please include any further surface prep (cleaning, roughening, patching) needed before rendering in your quote. Looking for someone experienced in concrete rendering, pool or pond construction.

Replace 4 supplied light switches and transfer/repurpose two dimmer switches from secondary bedrooms to main bedroom down lights. (Existing dimmer switches have cracked/perished). Supply compliance certificate and smoke alarm certificate. I am happy to dispose of all rubbish. Weekends/or the 14th of August would be ideal, however I am flexible to an earlier date if the work can be complete in an afternoon from midday.

Hello :) I live in Hope Island. We’re about to sell our house and require some small repair works prior to a building & pest inspection. 1. The cornices in our en-suite require some repairs. Caulking around the lower perimeter and some patching over a join. 2. Similar caulking required in our wardrobe where some gaps have appeared. Images attached. Seems like steam & ducted heater/AC create these issues. I’m guessing maybe 1-2 hours work. We could probably find other odd jobs around the house as well. If available please let me know ✨
