Very large old blinds on my balcony need to be pulled down to shade from the sun. They are tricky to adjust.

1 door needs door handle replaced. Another door needs tongue aligned with strike plate. Not closing properly. Another door (front door) not closing properly - needs to be pushed hard to open or close it.

Install 2x Diamond grill fly screens approximately 770mm by 400mm

Need new fly screen mesh on 1x door (hinged not sliding). Prefer done Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th during the day

I am in need of a basic window installation. I have a door with three panels that I would like to replace with patterned glass to gain more natural light in my studio apartment. No need for insulation or double glazed glass. Offcuts or even perspecs would be fine to use. Not fussed on type of glass or professional finish. Thanks :)

Door frame has a crack needs replacing

Since Cyclone Alfred hit, we have had a broken fly screen window (in the toilet) that has broken off its screw.

Unscrew and remove existing plastic screens. Install 2 large (3m x 1.5M) polycarbonate sheets. Silicone join Will require small scaffold or ladders/planks to allow access to immediate work area.

Install a 40x20 house number sign onto a rendered brick wall gate of house. Screws provided.

Having some waterproofing maintenance done and we need some gyprock removed under a set of stairs for the waterproofers to access the area. Below is the requirement from the quote. “Engage a licenced builder to remove items such as but not limited to wall sheeting, base boards, skirting boards, framing, flooring to provide clear and safe access to perform scope of works. Client to engage an experienced renderer to install rendering once works are completed. All systems are suitable to be rendered over.” Our budget listed here is indicative only and need a quote provided by anyone interested.

Cord won't pull. I seem to have to pull very hard, then it stops heavily. In different places it stops. Extra if you can line my trimmer and explain what line I need?
