Install a soffit/eaves vent to terminate a 100mm duct from a bathroom exhaust fan. The duct is currently fed into the area above the soffit space **Note this soffit surface is on a 3rd story roof. See pictures (2 story house with storage area below). Estimate ~10m from ground surface. Access is down the pictured steps from a garage.** Tasker would need to supply own ladder to reach this soffit, as well as appropriate tools to drill/cut round hole in soffit (110mm) and attach provided vent to the ducting with the provided ducting clamp and then secure with screws. Ducting accessible by reaching through hole into soffit space. Materials pictured (Vent, hose clamp) and appropriate wood screws provided to facilitate completion. This job would suit someone comfortable with cleaning gutters, accessing roofs, or doing other tasks at this height. Price Negotiable within reason. We have recently purchased a block of land and would like to install security cameras. We have 2 solar powered outdoor video cameras which we would like mounted on a single pole at the front corner of the property. Approx 2.4m off the ground. Need to be super secure and weather resistant. Happy for it to be a timber pole or metal pole. Will require you to dig foundation hole and concrete in and then attach the 2 camera with included mounting brackets. Sorry to repost - the last time the person did not follow through 😢

Had purchased cornice and cornice cement from Bunnings over weekend to DIY install 3.5m cornice. However, was unable to get my head around it. Need done as soon as possible please. Supplies provided. Job: cut and install 3.5m of cornice.
