The aluminium railing on the corner of the balcony has broken. I am looking to repair it if possible. Must be safe and not too visible. I believe it requires some kind of bracket and re-screwing but open to ideas. Please indicate in reply how you propose to repair.

I unfortnuately dropped a glass bottle which landed in the sink and cracked it making a hole. Since I have little experience I used this sealant to ensure water didn't get through however I need to get this fixed properly before I hand the keys back to the landlord. i need it to look as if there is no hole there at all. Let me know who out there can do this job

During rain the water leakages for the window frame. There's a crack above the window that lets the water come inside the block wall and then thought the window. To do the job and prevent this issue the window frame should be replaced and a water proofing should be applied. It's fixable from inside and no need for scaffolding.

Install 2 floating shelves from Kmart. Attempted to do it myself and struggled and made some holes in the wall. So would be ideal if you have filler to cover up those holes. Electric drill, wall plugs and screws provided.

I have a wall-mounted clothes dryer, an existing thru-wall vent, and a vent kit to join up. The dryer weighs 30kg and is above a washing machine. The dryer needs to be unhitched from wall, vent kit installed, then all lifted back into position. I can assist (male 65yo).
