Find an experienced handyman in Gateshead

I am no longer able to safely climb ladders (old retired guy) so I need a handyman to swapout / replace my old very squeaky roof whirlybird as it's very noisy in strong winds. I originally installed it in about 1990. I will supply the new whirlybird (via a pick&collect online order w/ Bunnings). Safest access is from front of (west side) of house either side of near the driveway, the whirlybird is on east side of the roof crest overtop the bathroom. Handyguy must be fully equipped and insured.

G78 garden from SpanBilt needs its wall corners reinforced / rainproofed. SpanBilt advise me 50x50mm x 1.8m Colourbond L flashing fixed to outside if each wall corner will do the job and that rivets will provide a better stronger fixing of the L flashing to the adjacent wall panels. and that 8 rivets per corner will be sufficient to strengthen each corner. I will supply the following 4 x custom cut 50x50mm x 1.8m ColorBond L flashings bag of 100 ColorBond rivets suit wall panels and flashing Silastic in chaulking gun tube & chaulking gun 3/8" drill bit I have a riveting gun on hand. We require installation on existing newly laid slab at back of house. ASAP I have been advised to weatherproof the bottom frame w/ silastic, I have some tubes of this on hand for the job. The shed to be assembled -with roof crest aligned E-W. -the skylight on the S half of the gabled roof , above the door. -the shed will have it's 2.8m long Nth wall close to the edge of new slab. Also have a Pinnacle 1830 x 1500 x 410mm 5 Tier Adjustable Shelving Unit kit that arrived today 8 Oct. Please assemble inside the new garden shed and fix it securely to the East interior wall.

Install 2 x GPO’s on the same internal wall to accomodate a WFH Office set up. On the same internal wall on the adjacent side, there is an existing GPO.
