Find an experienced handyman in Eumundi

Hello! I am looking for an affordable, reliable and efficient human to do some repairs and maintenance on the property I am vacating. 1. Fly screens repairs (popping them back into the frame as pets have pushed them out) 2. Repairing paint removal on walls caused by art hung on 3mm strips, plus repairing a few small holes and dents from wear and tear over the years. and possibly sanding and staining the deck but that will depend on quote.

I’m looking for a reliable handyman to help with a variety of jobs around my home in Eumundi. The work includes things like: • Replacing bathroom and kitchen taps and fittings. • Painting touch-ups (back bench seat, patio, decking, and some small areas inside and out). • Fitting new kitchen cupboard handles. • A few other general repairs and touch-ups as needed. I’d like someone who is skilled, takes pride in doing a good job, and works efficiently. Clear communication and fair pricing are very important to me, and I’m looking for someone dependable who I can trust to get the work done properly without cutting corners. This job is difficult to price without seeing it first, so I would like someone to come and provide a quote before starting. Timing is flexible, though ideally I’d like the work completed in the next couple of weeks. If it works out well, there’s the possibility of ongoing work, as I often have new projects or small repairs that come up.

Received our Building and Pest report back, and there is 2 old termite nest in roof & termite tracks under the house. All of this needs removing. Black mould has been found on one of the walls, so needs to be removed and painted 2m high x 1m wide. Mould on the ceiling to be removed. We had a termite treatment done, so no live termites, and this is reiterated in the recent report.

Install a new letterbox. Weight 40kg. Needs to be cemented in. - Due date: Before Monday, 25 December 2023

Clean/tidy removal of skirting boards and trim 1cm from timber window frames to enable fit out of 2 Walk-in-Robes. Total length of skirting boards to be removed is 12.57m across 2 WIR’s.
