More details: Replace tile on foot rest in shower - 150x150 Grout fix on shower and around drain. Painting needed outside: Deck, railings, posts, barge and head boards, window frames. Not the roof or walls. Painting interior: Walls & ceiling, window frames, bathroom cupboards and half size hallway door. Will provide paint, tile, grout. If you can provide equipment needed ideally.

Exterior Painting – Weatherboards & Brick Wall (Paint Supplied) We’re looking for a reliable and experienced painter to complete two coats of exterior paint on a section of weatherboard and brick wall. Paint is supplied — just bring your tools and skills! Details: • Job involves both weatherboards and a brick wall (see attached photo for area). • Two coats required. • Approximate time: close to a full day’s work. • Must have experience with exterior painting and a clean finish. We have a few smallish inside paint jobs that looking to hire someone to help with. 1) Lounge roof: discoloured section of our roof due to a leak that’s now been fixed. Photos attached and would like to hire someone with solid painting experience, or qualified painter. Ceilings are raked approximately 3M at peak. 2) One average sized bedroom 3x-4m ceiling. 3) Small bathroom ceiling. Own equipment required, but we’ll supply the paint. Rooms are furnished so will need drop sheets etc. Not sure what a reasonable price would be but seeing, as it’s be prep, and a few coats have estimated a full day. Feel free to suggest alternative prices higher or lower in proposal as unsure of my estimate.
