We have a two bedroom unit - (1) Bathroom - Patch and Paint (2) Hallway niches - Niches have been done by plasterer, but only undercoated - need light sand and top-coat (3 niches). (4) Lounge / Dining room ceiling needs re-paint. (5) Late last year our water heater burst and damaged our floating floor. Insurance covered the replacement cost for a new floating floor. When the new floor was installed, a mix of undercoated and raw timber scotia was used. Also, the ail holes need to be filled and sanded before painting.
