Varnish of exterior wall has developed multiple bubbles. Likely to require sanding and re-coating. A ladder will be required, as well as the top coat.

After a very recent renovation, we need our small bathroom ceiling painted so that we can seal it along with the ceiling skirting boards in the kitchen and the windowsill in the small bathroom.
